From clinicians to administrative support to leadership, each individual who joined evolvedMD in 2022 brings a unique background and skillset to the transformative work we do every day to drive improved clinical outcomes.

Erik Osland, Co-CEO and Chief Development Officer, said, "The last five years have been the best in my professional career. I love seeing all the new faces; talented and wonderful people who continue to make evolvedMD better every day. We are all building something special!"

Emma Aguas, Behavioral Health Manager

Social workers often say, “Meet people where they are.” You won’t meet one who champions this phrase more to co-create meaning than Emma Aguas. Hailing from Bakersfield, California, Emma moved to Arizona with her family to get her Masters of Social Work from Arizona State University. Since graduation, she’s worked as a client care coordinator, a case manager, and a clinician in a variety of settings providing high-quality services to drive positive change for her patients. In her free time, Emma enjoys playing with her pets and hanging out with friends and family. 

Pierce Arnett, Financial Business Analyst

Driven by data to facilitate and champion change, Pierce is a finance professional breaking into the behavioral health industry for the first time. He studied Business and Applied Statistics at Brigham Young University and has several years of professional experience in actuarial science and data analytics. He comes from a big family of 10 brothers and sisters and loves spending as much time as possible with them. In his free time, he enjoys hitting up used bookstores and playing golf.

Melissa Astuto, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Melissa came to Arizona to take advantage of the weather and the wealth of opportunities in social work. She received her Bachelor of Social Work from Arizona State University and her Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. With over a decade of experience, she has worked with the adult SMI population, adolescents, families, group therapy, children in DCS custody, and individual therapy. She is passionate about advocating for her patients, learning about new cultures, and helping others learn how to become their own advocates for their mental health. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants and going to the movies.

Aletta Averill, Human Resources Coordinator

Aletta is a well-rounded professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries such as military and mental health. Before joining evolvedMD, she worked as a licensed therapist in a wide variety of settings including integrated healthcare and also held various roles in the U.S. Navy. She is a passionate advocate for mental health and self-care, LGBTQ+ rights, and women's rights. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the local food scene, spending time with her dog, and traveling around the world.

Debra Barnwell, LPC, Behavioral Health Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Debra has made a monumental impact on the lives of her patients. She received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Alabama Birmingham and has held a wide variety of positions in individual, group, and family settings. Her professional background spans general mental health, substance abuse, and medication assisted treatment. She’s passionate about sharing positive energy with others and enjoys spending time traveling, hanging out with family, and doing outside activities when weather permits.

Brittany Bellanova, Care Coordinator

Once an administrative and business development professional, Brittany finds herself driving impact in the behavioral health and social work fields. With a combined three years’ experience between the two, Brittany has enjoyed helping families, children, and individuals receive the resources, services, and support they need to thrive and ultimately become resilient. She is currently working on her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and looks forward to leveling up her skills at evolvedMD. In her free time, Brittany enjoys taking naps whenever she can, going on adventures with friends, and hanging out with her twin brother.

Leah Bloomberg, PMHNP, Psychiatric Consultant

Pastry chef turned nurse practitioner Leah is passionate about making sure all who need psychiatric care can access it so they can live their happiest, healthiest lives. She received her Doctor of Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University and has played a major role in evolvedMD's unique collaborative care model working alongside primary care providers and Behavioral Health Managers to provide comprehensive care. With years of experience in a variety of clinic settings, Leah is passionate about psychoeducation and leveraging non-pharmacological solutions for better mental health. When she's not working, she loves baking, hiking all of Oregon's beautiful trails, and playing with her son at the playground.

Nathan Bosworth, Recruitment Specialist

Nathan is a human resources professional who’s passionate about providing quality support to an organization and its people. He has over seven years of experience in the behavioral health field, most recently supporting recruitment and HR initiatives at the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center. He is most passionate about helping others find their place within their organization. When he’s not working, he enjoys listening to audiobooks, writing short stories, and spending time with his three dogs.

Kevin Bund, Accounting Specialist

Kevin is a team player who approaches every task with an until-the-job-gets-done attitude. He received his Associates Business Administration degree in 2021 and since graduation has worked as an accounting coordinator for a creative agency in Phoenix. He’s passionate about making others happy, hiking with his friends and family, and hanging out with his dogs. In his free time, you’ll find him hiking after work several times a week and playing video games.

Rachelle Burrup, ACMHC, Behavioral Health Manager

Hailing from Idaho and now residing in Utah, Rachelle comes to evolvedMD with a dual Masters in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University and a Master of Education, Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Utah. Her professional background is in health promotion, specifically worksite wellness and health coaching with over one year of experience providing therapy services. She enjoys paddle boarding and has recently started attending a hip-hop class.

Amanda Clark, LAC, Behavioral Health Manager

Initially studying marketing in undergrad and working for Petsmart's corporate office, Amanda found her calling in behavioral health earning her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. She's a passionate mental health advocate especially for teens and children. When she's not working, you'll find her hanging out with her eight-year-old daughter and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Alexandra Cohen, LAC, Behavioral Health Manager

Specializing in wellbeing, health, and performance management, Alexandra has over four years of experience in behavioral health and has a Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University. She's passionate about helping people create a life worth living and in her free time loves baking treats and going to the dog park with her puggle Elton.

Lou Colletti, LAC, Behavioral Health Manager

Louis is a behavioral health clinician who is passionate about helping people work through life’s many obstacles that prevent them from living happy, healthy lives. He received his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and has worked at Lifeline Professional Counseling providing high-quality services. Uniquely among evolvedMD’s diverse staff, Louis spent 12 years working in professional baseball working as a scout for the San Francisco Giants and the Los Angeles Dodgers. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, water sports, and continuing to learn more about the behavioral health field.

Olivia Curtis, Care Coordinator

Olivia is a passionate mental health advocate whose background spans human services, social work, client coordination, and community organization. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania and is currently working towards her Master’s of Social Work at Morgan State University. Committed to improving access to care and eliminating stigma, Olivia has enjoyed helping patients as a Family Services Caseworker and an Access Coordinator, serving as the first point of contact for patients and their families to connect them to life-changing services. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, volunteering at her local animal shelter, and making candles.

Erin Curtright, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Erin is an experienced social worker and mental health professional with extensive experience in both private practice and group practice settings. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University in 1998 and has over 20 years’ experience spanning school social work, substance abuse, and art therapy. Erin is passionate about the beach and spending time with her family, and when she’s not working, you can find her hiking, gardening, making crafts, and watching sports.

Staci Detwiler, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

With over 10 years of experience helping others in a variety of settings, Staci is passionate about providing meaningful support for people on their path to recovery. She received her Master’s of Social Work with an Advanced Clinical Concentration from Aurora University and has experience working as an MST therapist and a school social worker at a local elementary school. Leveraging her knowledge and skills in social work as well as studying mindfulness, she enjoys helping people achieve their full potential. When she’s not working, you can find Staci doing yoga, tending to her garden, and playing with her cats.

Kristine Dosick, Controller

Kristine is a results-driven finance professional with over 20 years of experience crunching numbers and making meaningful changes in her organizations’ accounting departments. She initially studied pre-med at the University of California, Berkeley before deciding to go the finance route, and since then has enjoyed a fruitful career in accounting, treasury management, legal and contract review, and much more. She’s passionate about cooking unique recipes, traveling the world, and learning, and when she’s not working you’ll find her discovering new recipes to try with her husband.

Rebecca Ann Duffy, LPC, Clinical Director

Hailing from Washington State, Rebecca Duffy came to sunny Arizona to get her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at the University of Phoenix. Since graduation, Rebecca has enjoyed a rewarding career in wellness coaching, substance use disorder treatment, trauma therapy, and more. Prior to joining evolvedMD as Clinical Manager, she served as the Vice President of Clinical Integration at Open Hearts Family Wellness where she supervised all clinical aspects of the agency. She’s passionate about helping people and enjoys baking, listening to music, and hanging out with her daughter.

Anya Greany, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Anya is a native Arizonan with a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and experience driving impact through Phoenix Children's LCSW Fellowship program. Passionate about human connection, her professional background spans community mental health, school social work, and private practice. She loves rock climbing, going to concerts, and traveling the world.

Julianne Haddad, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Julianne is an empathetic and passionate social worker dedicated to improving the lives of her patients and those around her. She received her Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2017 and has worked in a variety of settings including education, therapy clinics, and the Arizona Department of Child Safety. She is particularly passionate about health and wellness and has earned several certificates in mindfulness which she often integrates into her work. In her free time, you’ll find Julianne hanging out with friends and family and spending time outdoors exercising when it isn’t too hot.

Hillary Hansen, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Hillary is a talented clinician with specialized focus in trauma, addiction, grief, and recovery. She received her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and has extensive experience working in various settings such as an addiction treatment center and education programs for at-risk teenage girls. She’s passionate about spirituality and enjoys spending her free time outdoors, reading, and hanging out with loved ones.

Lauren Hart, Care Coordinator

Once a ballet major, Lauren switched to behavioral health working as a registered behavior technician serving children and young adults. Now on evolvedMD's Care Coordination team in Utah, Lauren is excited to help others reach their highest potential. She enjoys yoga, exploring national parks, and traveling abroad every chance she gets.

Heather Hifler, LAC, Behavioral Health Manager

Born in California and raised in Arizona, Heather has been making an impact in the behavioral health field all throughout the Valley. She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling with an emphasis in trauma, abuse, and deprivation from Ottawa University, and since then has worked as a Case Manager for Child Protective Services, a SMI Clinical Liaison, and a clinician for Jewish Family & Children’s Service. She’s most passionate about helping people discover their worth and positive qualities. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, shopping, and watching junk TV.

Vanessa Hinkle, Vice President of People + Culture

With over 20 years’ experience as an HR executive, Vanessa has spearheaded cultural transformations at large Fortune 50 organizations, late-stage startups, and everything in between spanning healthcare, finance, and higher education. She is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s in Organizational Communication and has overseen and delivered all elements of HR, empowering innovation with fellow leaders and colleagues to create meaningful organizational change. Outside of the office, Vanessa enjoys off-roading adventures with her family and mentoring at-risk youth with the non-profit organization New Pathways for Youth.

Shantel Hinnen, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Promoting the growth and well-being of patients across the Valley, Shantel is a high-impact social worker in the communities she's served. Holding a Masters of Social Work from Arizona State University, Shantel has worked with both children and adults at Phoenix Children's Hospital as well as a variety of populations through the Student Health Outreach for Wellness service. She's passionate about helping people connect with themselves and in her free time loves paddle boarding and checking out local restaurants.

Kayla Horne, LAC, Behavioral Health Manager

A Valley native, Kayla comes to evolvedMD with over five years experience providing behavioral health services. She earned her Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and has worked in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. When she's not working, you'll find her working out, enjoying play dates with her son, and hanging out with her friends.

Doris Huang, Vice President of Customer Success

Possessing the unique ability to capitalize on an entrepreneurial mindset with a highly corporate background, Doris Huang’s through line is leveraging data, best practices, and deep engagement to drive outcomes. With passion and propensity for stakeholder success, Doris helms evolvedMD’s overall customer experience including onboarding, implementation, and ongoing management as the company’s Director of Customer Success. With diverse experience across retail and hospitality, crafting an exceptional customer experience is innate and ingrained – from strategy, finance, and marketing at Godiva to conceptualizing, launching, and developing The Deco Food + Drink, a renowned food hall in New York City, Doris understands the power of building memorable and meaningful relationships with customers, partners, and leading changemakers to grow revenue and impact. A Silicon Valley native, Doris moved from the Bay Area to Cambridge for her undergraduate studies, where she graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Government and continued her Ivy League journey with an MBA from The Wharton School of Business from the University of Pennsylvania.

Carrie Jackson, CMHC, Clinical Manager

Committed to whole-person health and the connection between body and mind, Carrie Jackson comes to evolvedMD with nearly 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Hailing from American Fork, Utah, she completed graduate work at Northeaster State University in Oklahoma before returning to Utah to work in a wide variety of clinical settings. In addition to outpatient clinical experience, she has extensive supervision experience helping clinicians and student interns grow in their roles as mental health professionals. In her free time, Carrie enjoys hiking and exploring the endless number of trails throughout the state.

Zayro Jimenez, LAC, Behavioral Health Manager

Zayro is a clinical therapist with a proven track record in developing positive client relationships and nurturing personal growth and development. Born and raised in Phoenix, he received his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University and has a wealth of experience working in individual, family, and group therapy settings. Before entering behavioral health, he briefly worked in journalism as a news reporter for Azteca USA. Zayro is passionate about arts, culture, and neurobiology, and in his free time enjoys hanging out with friends and taking day trips

Colton Johnson, Care Coordinator

Colton is a purpose-driven behavioral health professional with great passion for helping others and creating lasting change in his community. He received his Master of Public Health degree from the University of Utah and has several years of professional experience working in public health and healthcare facility care management. In his previous roles, he worked as a Social Services Case Manager for a rehabilitation facility and as a Public Health Practicum Intern for South of Seoul Public Health, disseminating mental health information and resources to the English-speaking population living in South Korea. During his free time, Colton loves reading and spending time with his family and friends.

Ellie Kalberer, Marketing Coordinator

Ellie Kalberer is a creative at heart who pushes herself to think outside the box and challenge long-held beliefs. As Marketing Coordinator for evolvedMD, Ellie leverages her creativity and strategic prowess to position evolvedMD as the national leader in behavioral integration in modern primary care. Hailing from small-town Minnesota, Ellie moved to the Valley in 2016 to escape the bitter cold and attend Grand Canyon University. When she’s not busy creating impactful campaigns, she enjoys cuddling with her cocker spaniel, binge-watching reality television, and exploring the Valley’s ever-growing wine scene.

Anna Loewen, LAC, Behavioral Health Manager

Possessing a diverse professional background spanning various industries including insurance and law enforcement, Anna Loewen found her calling in the behavioral health field. Originally from Pennsylvania, she relocated to Arizona with her family and graduated with her Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University, driving positive impacts for her patients over the past several years. When she’s not working, you can find her walking her dog, getting in a workout at all kinds of fitness classes, and hanging out with friends.

Jacob Lopez, ACMHC, Behavioral Health Manager

Jacob is a results-driven mental health specialist who enjoys challenging his clients to work toward healing while emphasizing personal strengths and milestones. Born and raised in Utah, he’s made a tremendous impact in the medical field for over 17 years working at Intermountain Health Care Memorial Clinic and University of Utah Hospital & Clinics Burn Trauma. After earning his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Antioch University, he’s worked as a compassionate Clinical Mental Health Therapist handling both individual and couples’ therapy. In his free time, Jacob enjoys spending time with friends and family going camping and cooking together.

Laura Nicole Lukac, CSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Driven to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, Nicole has done just that across the United States, serving patients from coast to coast and eventually settling in Utah. She earned her Master's in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago and has professional experience as a behavior interventional specialist for youth, a child protection services investigator, and a clinical therapist in a variety of settings. In her free time, Nicole enjoys dancing, hiking Utah’s breathtaking scenery, and playing with her dog.

Katie Lyon, LPC, Clinical Manager

Katie is a multi-talented clinician and supervisor who comes to evolvedMD with over 20 years of experience in helping people meet their behavioral health goals. The Nebraska native came to Arizona where she studied Family Studies and Human Development at Arizona State University and then earning her Master of Counseling from the University of Phoenix. She’s held various roles including Parent Aide services, family therapy, an Assistant Director, and a Program Director providing clinical supervision to a dozen therapists. She’s passionate about her kids, is a huge Dave Matthew Band fan, and loves attending concerts and traveling whenever she can

Naomi Maza, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Having lived all over California as well as a few years in Peru, Naomi settled in Arizona to get her Master's of Social Work from Arizona State University. She has over four years of experience working with both individuals and families in school settings, family reunification services, and hospital settings. She's passionate about providing a safe space for people needing mental health treatment and increasing access to care for the Latino population. In her free time she enjoys swimming and catching up on her favorite shows.

Rosa Molinar, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Rosa is a high-impact clinician with over 10 years of experience working in social services, various clinical settings, and elementary and higher education. She earned her Master's of Social Work from Arizona State University, is passionate about helping others, and lives by the quote "Life is a journey, not a destination." In her free time she enjoys hiking the Valley's many trails and watching documentaries.

Allison Musser, LPC, Clinical Manager

Allison Musser’s expertise in driving improved patient outcomes stems from about 11 years of experience in behavioral health and 10 years professionally as a counselor. After graduating with her Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University, she started her career working in a shelter for runaway youth and then spent time working in residential treatment. She is most passionate about helping people attain resilience and overcome adversity in their lives. In her free time, Allison loves taking her daughter to her favorite park and exploring Phoenix’s exploding food scene.

Abigail Nash, CMHC, Behavioral Health Manager

Hailing from Salt Lake City, Utah, Abigail is a compassionate mental health counselor who’s made an impact on the lives of children, teenagers, adults, and families. Since graduating with a master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, she has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as in substance use treatment centers. Naturally, she’s passionate about mental health and taking preventative measures to fight the stigma associated with mental illness. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the local restaurant scene with friends and family, going to Zumba, and listening to true crime podcasts.

Taylor Nielsen, ACMHC, Behavioral Health Manager

Taylor is driven to provide safe, accepting, and compassionate counseling to anyone who walks into her office. She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and has enjoyed working with a diverse client base including teenagers in group homes, residential centers, and private practice. She’s passionate about traveling the world, exploring the local food scene, learning new things, and developing new skills to become a more well-rounded professional. When she’s not working, you’ll find her out on the water fishing or marathoning movies.

Molly Niemczyk, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Molly is an experienced clinician guided by her mission to ensuring every person, regardless of their background or circumstance, is provided with empathetic and compassionate care. Hailing from Boston, Massachusetts, she earned her Master of Social Work from Salem State University with a special concentration in children and families. She began her career as a social worker in case management for children and adults with mental health needs and has since worked in child welfare, community health in primary care, and at a hospital on the trauma and surgery floor. In her free time, she loves relaxing in the great outdoors, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and cat. 

Norma Olivares, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Norma is a high-impact social work professional with great experience working with diverse populations.  She received her Master of Social Work degree from Virgina Commonwealth University and has primarily worked as a school-based counselor in Phoenix, utilizing individual, group, and family approaches. Now with evolvedMD , she’s excited to drive positive patient outcomes in an integrated care setting. She loves spending time with her family and friends and can be found hanging out at various coffee shops throughout the Valley.

Bronte Paes, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Arizona native Bronte earned her Master's of Social Work from Arizona State University and has over five years of experience working in behavioral health in various capacities. Her professional background spans working in the Department of Child Safety and providing therapy to people with addiction and mental health diagnoses. Out of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and trying new restaurants around the Valley.

Julie Phelan, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Born and raised in Phoenix, Julie has made a significant impact on Arizonans and their families for more than a decade. Earning a Masters of Social Work from Arizona State University, Julie's shared her commitment to helping people be the best version of the themselves in both school and medical social work settings and has also worked for the Department of Child Safety. In her free time she loves spending time with friends and family and enjoying all the things the Grand Canyon State has to offer.

Alison Schwartz, Care Coordinator

Alison is a driven, hard-working professional who enjoys making a positive impact and seeing change in her community. Hailing from San Francisco, Alison came to Arizona to attend college at Arizona State University where she studied Family and Human Development and Sociology. With over three years of experience in social work and administration, she’s held high-impact roles at Arizona Helping Hands and Southwest Human Development to help others and promote overall health and wellness. When she’s not working, you can find Alison hiking the Valley’s many trails, baking treats, or reading.

Jennifer Shokranifar, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Jennifer is a compassionate, high-impact clinician who got her start in social work in Colorado before moving to Arizona. She received her Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from Colorado State University and has worked as a therapist in a variety of settings including behavioral health centers and school districts. She is passionate about addressing challenges related to women’s health and ensuring women have access to the high-quality services they need. When she is not working, you will find Jennifer doing Pilates, going on coffee shop runs, and scoring vintage treasures at the Brass Armadillo Antique Mall.

John Stasiuk, LAMFT, Behavioral Health Manager

John has spent his entire career helping people adopt positive solutions so they can live their best lives. He earned his Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University and has worked both in-home and out in the community providing services to families, children, and couples utilizing Solution-Focused and Play Therapy. During the pandemic, he started learning how to bake from scratch and now loves baking up a storm every chance he gets. When he’s not working you’ll find him roller skating, enjoying all kinds of sports, and, of course, baking in the kitchen.

Libby Temple, CSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Libby is an accomplished social worker driven by her desire to connect with others and create meaningful change in their lives. She earned her Master of Social Work from Idaho State University and has enjoyed working in a variety of professional roles including as a case manager in a behavioral crisis center, a therapist for individuals and families at a cancer center, and as a therapist in private practice. She is passionate about connecting with people who are going through difficult times and empowering them to work through whatever they may be struggling with. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, going to yoga classes, and taking her dog on walks. 

Christopher Trotman, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Chris came to Arizona to escape the harsh Baltimore winters and advance his behavioral health career. He earned his Master's of Social Work from the University of Maryland and has enjoyed making a significant, positive impact on both pediatric and adult populations in a variety of settings. Inyang is a community-oriented behavioral health professional with extensive experience serving individuals with diverse backgrounds. He received his Master of Art in Counseling from Argosy University and has over 15 years experience in high-impact roles including case management, clinical supervision, and as a clinical director. He is passionate about delivering trauma-informed care to promote a culture of safety, empowerment, and healing. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his family and trying all types of cuisines from different cultures

Jaye Williams, Vice President of Operations + Finance

As evolvedMD’s Director of Operations, Jaye oversees the daily activities and initiatives to set a framework for success including operations, finance, I.T., and project management. With a love for and commitment to behavioral health, Jaye’s over 12 years of experience has highlighted collaboration as a means of transformation and innovation. Jaye’s diverse background has demanded data-driven decision making to propel a commitment to continuous learning, process improvement, and business innovation. As former Chief Administrative Officer of Open Hearts Family Wellness, Jaye was a proven executive leader with demonstrated skill in human resources, strategic planning, project management, and all aspects of operations. With successful stints at top Valley organizations including the Phoenix Art Museum, Jaye’s track record for building adaptive infrastructure is storied and unparalleled. Educated at Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Jaye continued her education at Kaplan University where she earned her MBA. Dedicated to developing her community and the ventures around it, she serves on the Privacy and Security Council for Health Current and is Governing Body Board Member for The French American Academy of Chandler

Tyler Yerkovich, Business Development Representative

Tyler is a creative, highly adaptable marketing and business development professional who’s excited to make an impact in behavioral health. Born and raised in Arizona, he received his Bachelor’s in Marketing from Arizona State University and has gained diverse experience in industries such as heavy civil construction, communications, and more. He loves providing value no matter his role, inspiring others to join and identify with a vision, and connecting passion with purpose to create meaningful change. When he’s not working, you’ll find him exercising and enjoying all the outdoor activities the Valley has to offer.

Micheala Zarbock, CSW, Behavioral Health Manager

Micheala is a hard-working therapy practitioner who’s driven to improve her patients’ lives with caring and high-quality support. With a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver, Micheala specializes in mental health and trauma and has worked in multiple settings including school districts, outpatient, and residential settings. She is passionate about practicing mindfulness and sharing the benefits of regularly practicing mindfulness with her patients as part of their personal growth journeys. In her spare time, Micheala enjoys painting and working out to help her stay centered and focused.

Vincenzo Zolfo, LMSW, Behavioral Health Manager

A social worker with clinical expertise, Vincent is dedicated to working with individuals with co-occurring medical complexities to ensure they live happy, healthy lives. He received his Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and has since worked as a Case Manager in the oncology unit within one of the largest health systems in the Southwest. He is passionate about the field of social work and mental health ensuring safe and effective therapeutic sessions to make a difference in others’ lives. In his free time, you’ll catch him at the movies and trying out new restaurants throughout the Valley.
