About Steve: Steve Biljan has been shaped, molded, and influenced by his upbringing. His journey to evolvedMD, to leading a passionate team at the forefront of healthcare innovation, is a story of courage and resilience. With firsthand experience in the power of behavioral health interventions and the trajectory-changing work that can be done with compassionate practitioners, Steve has dedicated his career to ensuring individuals and families who need quality mental health services receive them in a way that is not only accessible but impactful. As Managing Partner of evolvedMD, Steve oversees finance, operations, and corporate strategy while developing a team of committed clinicians and mental health activists. A native Minnesotan who now splits time between San Diego and Scottsdale, you can find Steve outside in a garden or on a run, doing his best to cook an elaborate meal, or spending time with his partner and friends outside of spreadsheets and strategy sprints.

About Emily: Emily Bofetta, MPA, CPHQ, has over 13 years of behavioral healthcare quality and operations experience. In her previous role as Chief Compliance & Quality Officer for Arizona’s Children Association, Emily was responsible for the company’s overall quality and performance improvement efforts to ensure that service delivery and operations were in alignment with best practice standards, and in compliance with various regulatory and accreditation requirements. Previously, she has held various roles in quality assurance, revenue cycle, and business operations in behavioral healthcare. Emily’s broad experience in healthcare operations has given her a robust understanding of how a quality improvement mindset is essential to all aspects of successful healthcare delivery. Emily achieved her Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality in 2018, holds a Bachelor’s in Education from the University of Kansas, and a Master’s in Public Administration from Arizona State University. She additionally serves as a volunteer Peer Reviewer for the Council on Accreditation, and the Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Association for Healthcare Quality.

About Sarah: Sarah Hanchett is a well-rounded and collaborative mental health professional with expertise in facilitating a compassionate and supportive care environment. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), she is committed to delivering exceptional integrative care to both individuals and families in need. As evolvedMD’s Vice President of Clinical Services, Sarah leads and supports a team of engaging and effective providers to ultimately deliver critical behavioral health services to practices nationwide. As the first employee of evolvedMD, Sarah’s experience and expertise helped establish the company as a national leader in behavioral health integration. Her attentive, engaging persona carries well beyond office and clinic hours as she enjoys spending time with her partner, supporting both of her children’s athletic pursuits, volunteering for her church and winding down with a good mystery novel.

About Vanessa: Vanessa Hinkle weaves mission and vision into every people-centered initiative to elevate the employee experience to make every company she leads an employer of choice. With over 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources (HR) executive, Mrs. Hinkle has spearheaded cultural transformations at large Fortune 50 organizations, late-stage startups, and everything in between spanning healthcare, finance, and higher education. Leading people-centric initiatives for both major brands like American Express and Banner Health as well as innovative startups like Zovio, her unmatched passion for all things people have helped organizations evolve into best places for employees to work and drive impact. Throughout her diverse and illustrious career, she has overseen and delivered all elements of HR, empowering innovation with fellow leaders and colleagues to create meaningful organizational change. Among her proudest accomplishments include creating Global Leadership Forums, overseeing successful HR strategy for global teams, organizing career pathing programs, driving cultural change, and driving growth mindset integration through leader and team development, and much more. Outside of the office, Vanessa enjoys off-roading adventures with her family, mentoring at-risk youth with Phoenix-based nonprofit New Pathways for Youth, and hosting “cooking days” with her family and friends. About Kim: There’s no one more passionate about and adept at building community than Kim Ho. A servant leader committed to change, Ms. Ho has built a career rooted in leveraging experience and expertise to make a large-scale, needle-moving impact. As evolvedMD’s Vice President of Sales, Ms. Ho helms business development, sales, and outreach to a national portfolio of current and prospective customers while also overseeing program implementation, efficacy, and commercial excellence. An ardent lover of fashion, food, craft cocktails and coffee, you would be hard pressed to find someone more enthusiastic about self-care and supporting local businesses than her.

Prior to evolvedMD, he worked with some of the Nation’s most prominent and curious CEOs and entrepreneurs advising on philanthropy, policy, and everything social good as Regional Director of Gen Next (PHX + DAL + SFO) and strengthened social enterprises as Director at venture philanthropy firm, Social Venture Partners. About Erik: Corporate leader turned serial entrepreneur, Erik Osland is a successful healthcare founder and now Co-CEO of evolvedMD where he helms a passionate team at the forefront of healthcare innovation. In his role, Erik is responsible for enhancing the customer experience, developing a high-performing team, and elevating the integrated behavioral health industry through thought leadership. Prior to evolvedMD, Erik founded another healthcare venture, a clinical lab specializing in anatomical pathology services that was ultimately acquired by one of the nation’s largest diagnostic laboratories in 2020. With an extensive and proven background in B2B sales, management, and influencing high-level leaders, Erik gained national exposure and experience managing teams as the Director of National Accounts at several large medical device companies. When he is not in the office, in the board room, or on the green, you can find him with his wife Brooke and two children, Perry and March, at their home in Paradise Valley, Arizona.

As former Chief Administrative Officer of Open Hearts Family Wellness, Jaye was a proven executive leader with demonstrated skill in human resources, strategic planning, project management, and all aspects of operations.
