Steve Biljan | Co-Founder + Managing Partner

About Steve: Steve Biljan has been shaped, molded, and influenced by his upbringing. His journey to evolvedMD, to leading a passionate team at the forefront of healthcare innovation, is a story of courage and resilience. With firsthand experience in the power of behavioral health interventions and the trajectory-changing work that can be done with compassionate practitioners, Steve has dedicated his career to ensuring individuals and families who need quality mental health services receive them in a way that is not only accessible but impactful. As Managing Partner of evolvedMD, Steve oversees finance, operations, and corporate strategy while developing a team of committed clinicians and mental health activists. A native Minnesotan who now splits time between San Diego and Scottsdale, you can find Steve outside in a garden or on a run, doing his best to cook an elaborate meal, or spending time with his partner and friends outside of spreadsheets and strategy sprints.

Fun Fact: He is obsessed with Prince and the state of Minnesota.

Sarah Hanchett | Director of Clinical Services

About Sarah: Sarah Hanchett is a well-rounded and collaborative mental health professional with expertise in facilitating a compassionate and supportive care environment. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), she is committed to delivering exceptional integrative care to both individuals and families in need. As evolvedMD’s Director of Clinical Services, Sarah leads and supports a team of engaging and effective providers to ultimately deliver critical behavioral health services to practices nationwide. As the first employee of evolvedMD, Sarah’s experience and expertise helped establish the company as a national leader in behavioral health integration. Her attentive, engaging persona carries well beyond office and clinic hours as she enjoys spending time with her partner, supporting both of her children’s athletic pursuits, volunteering for her church and winding down with a good mystery novel.

Fun Fact: She is a huge fan of murder mysteries and Christmas movies -- polar opposites, we know.

Kim Ho | Director of Sales

About Kim: There’s no one more passionate about and adept at building community than Kim Ho. A servant leader committed to change, Ms. Ho has built a career rooted in leveraging experience and expertise to make a large-scale, needle-moving impact. As evolvedMD’s Director of Sales, Ms. Ho helms business development, sales, and outreach to a national portfolio of current and prospective customers while also overseeing program implementation, efficacy, and commercial excellence. An ardent lover of fashion, food, craft cocktails and coffee, you would be hard pressed to find someone more enthusiastic about self-care and supporting local businesses than her.

Fun Fact: She has a black belt in Kung Fu. She is also a local loyalist who has modeled for and represented various local organizations throughout Phoenix, including Taliesin West, DtPhx, and Voyce Threads.

Sentari Minor | Head of Strategy

About Sentari: Sentari Minor is most passionate about bringing the best out of individuals and entities. His love languages are strategy, storytelling, and social impact. As Head of Strategy for evolvedMD, Mr. Minor is at the forefront of healthcare innovation with a scope of work that includes strategy, growth, branding, culture, and coaching. Prior to evolvedMD, he worked with some of the Nation’s most prominent and curious CEOs and entrepreneurs advising on philanthropy, policy, and everything social good as Regional Director of Gen Next (PHX + DAL + SFO) and strengthened social enterprises as Director at venture philanthropy firm, Social Venture Partners. When he’s not busy changing the world, he enjoys working out, stirring the pot on social media, being an amateur author, and spending time with the people who make him smile.

Fun Fact: He is a published author of short fiction and used to be a cheerleader at his alma mater.

Dr. Ruth Nutting | Director of Clinical Programs

About Ruth: Dr. Ruth Nutting is uniquely aware and knowledgeable of the power of quality behavioral health services. As an actively practicing marriage and family therapist with a grasp of pedagogy to match her clinical prowess, Dr. Nutting is a passionate, collaborative, and innovative clinician committed to driving positive mental health outcomes. As evolvedMD’s Director of Clinical Programs, Dr. Nutting is charged and challenged with clinical training and development, program development and evaluation, and elevating evolvedMD’s clinical offerings. To bring calm to her ever-evolving world, Dr. Nutting is a CrossFit athlete and and is also on the Phoenix Suns roster as a member of Suns Charities 88. Extracurriculars keep her busy but she mostly enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her partner.

Fun Fact: She spent a month in Mali, Africa, completing a humanitarian mission. Also, her picture was on a billboard promoting her undergraduate university.

Erik Osland | Co-Founder + Managing Partner

About Erik: Corporate leader turned serial entrepreneur, Erik Osland is a successful healthcare founder and now Managing Partner of evolvedMD where he helms a passionate team at the forefront of healthcare innovation. In his role, Erik is responsible for enhancing the customer experience, developing a high-performing team, and elevating the integrated behavioral health industry through thought leadership. Prior to evolvedMD, Erik founded another healthcare venture, a clinical lab specializing in anatomical pathology services that was ultimately acquired by one of the nation’s largest diagnostic laboratories in 2020. With an extensive and proven background in B2B sales, management, and influencing high-level leaders, Erik gained national exposure and experience managing teams as the Director of National Accounts at several large medical device companies. When he is not in the office, in the board room, or on the green, you can find him with his wife Brooke and two children, Perry and March, at their home in Paradise Valley, Arizona.

Fun Fact: He is an avid golfer who runs the largest philanthropic golf organization in the U.S.

Charlene Wong | Director of People

About Charlene: Charlene Wong is a purpose-driven leader with a deep understanding of the value people bring to an organization. With over 30 years of experience in the Human Resources field, she is keen on cultivating passion, growth, and opportunity in the workplace with its people at the center. As evolvedMD’s Director of People, Charlene oversees the entire people cycle from recruitment to management to development. She is our greatest ambassador for upholding one of evolvedMD’s core values – Everyone (team, providers, patients). When she’s not at the office, you can find her tackling the Valley’s many hiking trails (assuming it’s not 120 degrees out), exploring the local food scene, watching movies, and traveling the world.

Fun Fact: She was an athlete in high school who played four years of varsity tennis and dance plus one year of cheerleading.
